What you can make with HipGen, whose photos you can use, and what is never allowed.

Photos and likeness

Only upload photos of yourself, or of people who gave you permission to use their face.
Do not upload photos of public figures, celebrities or anyone under 18.
You confirm you have permission each time you generate a rap video from a photo.
Uploaded photos are used only to make your video.

Voices

Every rapper voice on HipGen is an original style. We do not clone, imitate or offer the voices of real artists, and requests that name real artists may be refused.

Lyrics and battles

Lyrics, battles, roasts and diss tracks must stay on rap skills, style and the topic. Never allowed:

Threats, violence or harassment aimed at real people.
Slurs or content that attacks people for their race, religion, gender, sexuality, disability or family.
Sexual content involving real people, or any sexual content involving minors.
Private details such as addresses or phone numbers.

Clean mode is on by default.

Original content only

Generated lyrics are original. Do not use HipGen to copy, continue or imitate the lyrics of real songs.

Usage rights

Everything you make can be used personally on any plan. Commercial use, such as selling a track, paid streaming, ads, sponsored posts or client work, needs the Pro plan. See the Terms of Service for details.

Reporting

If you see content made with HipGen that breaks these rules, or a photo of you used without your permission, email hello@skyblelab.ai with a link or a description and we'll look at it quickly. We may remove content and close accounts that break this policy.
